Advised C-level and senior executives on corporate strategy and business unit strategy development with select experience in five-year strategic planning, distribution strategy, growth strategy and marketing strategy in insurance and benefits and compensation. Select projects included: • Corporate Strategy: Developed a $26M expansion plan for a M&E client by leveraging 20+ senior leader interviews to identify company vision, growth opportunities, competition and areas of concern • Project Management: Oversaw cross-functional team to execute digital transformation program with aim of enhancing go-to market strategy globally; responsible for entire project life cycle, planned and executed 2 global workshops (NYC & SF) for strategic alignment of 30+ Senior Leaders.
