A digital native with strong technological feeling, strategic insight and an allround passion for digital. After 3 years of training in Communication Management, I did a 3-month internship at Boondoggle, as part of the strategic team. and got the chance to work for well-known clients (Belgacom & Dexia). I ended my studies and traineeship with distinction (cum laude). Even before graduating, I already had accepted a job offer from GrowthStories bvba as Online Marketeer. Growthstories was a start-up studio. We defined, designed and launched new ventures. Turning ideas & insights into new services. For their international clients I did several things: SEA, SEO, Redesign of entire website (User Interface/Experience project), Social Media moderation (CRM and Marketing in French mostly). During my time there I became lead of the Sandaya account, the most important client of the company. In 2012 I also did projects as consultant. In Q1 for Center Parcs/Groupe Pierre & Avances in the Brussels area (Online Marketing & UX) and in Q2 for Electrabel in Mechelen (UX). In February 17th 2014, I joined RCA Group as an online marketeer. During that time we build and scaled the social and digital teams and put our flag on the Belgian market. Since 2025, I am part of the management committee of Friends of Cartel as Digital Director. Typical tasks that I did for these clients: (Online) Project management for Sandaya o SPoC / Lead for Sandaya acoount o Accountable for project results and budget o Manage project development from initiation to closure Digital content management: o Create and edit and manage web/social media content o Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties o Copyedit and proofread all web content o Propose new marketing ideas, promotions and other marketing related actions Search Engine Optimisation for 2 European travel companies (Groupe Pierre&Vacances / Center Parcs in Belgium and for Sandaya in France) o Optimisation on a weekly basis in Dutch, French and English to improve organic search visits o Implemantion of a ‘sitelink growth’ strategy, in order to improve the amount inbound links to a fairly new travel organisation o Tools used: www.seomoz.org, Google Website Optimizer Manage the day-to-day SEA activities including campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid search campaigns. Optimize conversion of online marketing channels by: o Creation and improvement of landing pages, sales banners, content on affiliate partners’ websites (mainly in French, Dutch) o Arranging optimal web usability in content, design, navigation, functionalities and interaction. o Analyzing test results regarding content changes done and translate them in concrete further improvements in order to achieve marketing goals. User experience design (information architecture) for a website based on results taken from previous designs/interfaces o Creation of wireframes for both developing and designing parties to give them a more tangible grasp of a website’s functionality. o Aligning Navigation, Information and Interface Design to properly work together in an efficient and effective way.
