With over 25 years of work experience in (IT) management, working on the crossroad of business and IT, I leverage my skills in process improvement, business analysis, and emerging technology to drive business transformation and deliver value from IT. Beginning of 2023 I started as a freelancer putting my broad experience to use for companies as interim manager. First as Chief Operations Officer at Harborn, a leading digital agency and more recent as interim IT manager with Delicia a leading private label food company. Recently I am more and more aware of the importance of purpose and intrinsic motivation within companies, teams and individuals. Where of course technology matters but moreover it is the people, teams and companies that create value with that if they truly adopt and adapt it. So what makes them tic? Prior to my life as entrepreneur, I was the Digital IT and BI Leader at Lamb Weston, a global food company, where I enabled data-driven decision making and innovation across the organization. I also served as the Chair of the VNSG Executive Board, the Dutch-speaking SAP user group, where I facilitated knowledge sharing and collaboration among SAP users and partners. I am passionate about personal and team development, levering my experience with NLP, enabling organizations, teams and individuals to grow and use their full potential. I hold a master's degree in econometrics from Tilburg University, a master class in IT governance from Antwerp Management School, and an executive program from Singularity University. I am fluent in French, German, and English. I value work that serves a purpose, creativity, fun and am a true team player.
