HR Generalist
Roles and Responsibilities :- Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle catering to the client's requirements. - To comprehend the client's requirements and to source and headhunt relevant profiles on Cold Calls, professional networks, database and through references as per the predetermined essential and desirable criteria. - To validate and to short list profiles through preliminary telephonic round of interview and to forward the same to the respective clients within the stipulated time frame. - To coordinate and to schedule the next round of interviews of the shortlisted candidates based on the feedback of the clients. - Regular follow ups with the selected candidates and with the respective clients facilitating the joining formalities until the joining of the candidate from the date of offer. - Maintaining a database of the candidates and preparing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
