Duties & Responsibilities • Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements. • Building a great team in working effect and efficient in keeping in stock integrity & stock losses within the business tolerance. • Customer center on focus on all customer enquiries on inventory information, DRP & QNF deliveries or trail stock movements. • Manage and control perpetual inventory stock/inventory accuracy checks. • Regular review and updates on blocking and removal of quality defect stock. • Minimize overstock and removal of obsolete/redundant materials to maximize availability of working capital. • Working with the purchasing goods inwards and dispatch to ensure necessary function are out correctly. • Be responsible for managing and running planned stock counts. • Reviewing KPI targets within penalties and continues improvement towards the business. • Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed including resolved within period that cost value lost in warehouse. • Write and maintain accurate procedures for all main inventory control processes and functions. • Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements. • Develop & maintain effective inventory process, incorporating warehouse management systems. • Produce accurate stock Key Performance Indicator reports, analyze, and recommend changes to Standard Operating Procedures to enhance accuracy and operational effectiveness. • Query balance of 3 systems (SAP, PRIDE & WMOS) with physical stock integrity.
• Provide routine management information on inventory performance. • Manage and control perpetual inventory stock/inventory accuracy checks • Minimize overstock and removal of obsolete/redundant raw & packaging materials to maximize availability of working capital • Working with the purchasing goods inwards and dispatch to ensure necessary function are out correctly • Monitor and evaluate consumables usage and cost. • Be responsible for managing and running planned stock counts • Perform cycle stock checks • Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved • Write and maintain accurate procedures for all main inventory control processes and functions
