- Independently managed end-to-end monthly payroll cycles for multiple local and MNC clients, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments. - Processed payroll via ERP/HRMS systems, including employee data updates, attendance review, salary adjustments, allowances, OT, deductions, and final settlements. - Prepared payroll reports, payslips, bank files, reconciliations, and management summaries. - Handled statutory compliance including PIT, Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and labor-related filings. - Acted as main contact point for clients, managing payroll timelines, approvals, and issue resolution. - Advised clients on payroll compliance, labor regulations, and C&B matters. Improved payroll processes through system optimization and workflow standardization.
- Provide functional support for clients in HR system implementation, payroll - Be responsible for customer data's preparation, transform and import based upon detailed specifications - Maintain and update the data in client's accounts timely - Support and perform compensation data analysis - Quickly respond to inquiries from consultants and ensure the data accuracy - Diagnose or test all kinds of data conversations, imports, interface files.
Being in charge of key clients (RO, company) for HR & Payroll service deliverables including: - Manage the preparation and maintenance of payroll cycle to the highest level of confidentiality, accuracy via excel, Cadena system and performed timely; - Manage PIT, PITF, SHUI, government report - Ensure related statutory compliance including labor, PIT and mandatory insurance for local EE and expat; - Prepare various reports to meet client’s needs; - Maintain good relationship with clients; - Assist in HR ad hoc projects as assigned such as audit tax, closing process
Being the person in charge as HR contingent of this client, work and report directly to HRBP manager. - Support recruitment, onboard & offboard EE, do onboard and introduction plan for new hire. - Ensure all database is up to date on internal file, on HR system (Workday, Cadena) related to EE information, org chart. - Control and adjust operation function on Workday, work with HRS to manage process. - Manage payroll process in an accurate and timely manner. - Prepare and provide timely financial information and co-ordinate with Finance team to make financial salary report monthly and quarterly, budget incentives, allowances. - Coordinate work with audit vendor for end year process. - Assist HRPB Manager - Ad hoc in HR, ADM, IT helpdesk as assigned.
