With an extensive background in live event productions I felt a need to provide multi-camera video services for weddings using the latest in HD digital video technology. Partnering with an outstanding, national booking agency such as George Street Photo and Video seemed like a natural fit.
Came on board at the invitation of David Harrington and Page Piland. Provided sales and marketing, multimedia production and video services director. Began multimedia production and sales roll out for Coca Cola/Minute Maid/Hi-C with promos tied into the Cartoon Network. Re-qualified as a vendor to BP ( formerly British Petroleum ) due to years of work for AMOCO and Arco, their recently acquired companies. Recycling and environmental projects, such as the Brown Wood subdivision wetlands project, led to working with Houston-Galveston Area Council for production of environmental awareness programs. However, working for Enron and Dynegy had a limiting effect on business growth due to sudden contract cancellations.
With the split up of Trans-Delta ( who thought computer based gaming on the internet would be so popular ) the 10+ years of expertise in high end trade show and exhibit productions led to the successful award of a contract to Ford Motor Company for their annual 90+ city Auto Show exhibit tour for six years. Wow, Detroit in the winter time how scenic! Realized Houston gets the C level auto show unlike N.Y.C., Chicago or L.A. who get the A display! Also awarded media production contract by ARCO in conjunction with the U. S. Department of Fish and Wildlife to document the Brown Wood subdivision wetlands remediation project.
