My role here is divided into 2 parts: Firstly on the candidate's side I am responsible for ensuring that their profiles are complete and compelling and also provide them with whatever support is necessary for the candidates throughout their journey. Secondly, on the company's side I am responding for onboarding clients, understanding their hiring needs, suggestion relevant candidates and helping with interview coordination.
