Over my 20+ years at Alstom, I have held roles spanning Talent Development, HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, and Corporate Education - working at site, regional, and global levels. My experience living and working in France, Brazil, and Sweden has strengthened my ability to operate in multicultural environments, adapt quickly and partner effectively with business leaders.
