Falling into supporting enterprise software sales early in my career, I’ve developed a keen understanding of turning customer requirements into actionable features. Eliminating technical barriers to adoption is what I consider to be my central function. I've been continuously drawn to the technology transformation niche throughout my career. As an Exchange migration expert, I've been exposed to Office 365 since its earliest incarnations. Now, as a member of the CoreView team, I bring my penchant for award winning software design to the leading platform for Office 365 Management, CoreSuite. Recognized by Gartner in the SaaS Management Platform (SMP) space. • First employee to operate in North America representing interests of European parent company. • Responsible for all aspects of technical sales in Western Hemisphere including, demonstrations, proof of concepts, post-sale services, technical support, RFP submissions, and responding to 1000+ entry security questionnaires. • Worked with clients to transform their Office 365 business processes with the CoreView platform by directly mapping daily activities to automated workflows. • Sold into all verticals with particular revenue generating success within healthcare and state governments. Wins include Otsuka, Fresenius Medical, States of NJ/MA/PA/HI, and a $651K win at Kaiser Permanente in November 2018. • Delivered platform training following closed deals consisting of classroom sessions or remote, based on client preference. • Worked with large System Integrators to leverage the CoreView product as the foundation to their Managed Service (MSP) to their customers. The “E2E Complete” product was honored with the “Best of Microsoft TechEd 2014” award, in the messaging category. • Architected the design, functions, and layout of E2E Complete. Worked with development team to productize the defined migration routines and user interface design. • Served as primary evangelist for the product, representing it at trade shows, client functions, and presenting to Microsoft field audiences. • Successfully penetrated the enterprise space and migrated millions of users including over 300,000 mailboxes at Airbus, with large wins at Nissan, Fifth Third Bank, Abbott, Mayo Clinic & MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. • Worked with partners to integrate E2E Complete into their migration processes.
