In my present role I assist with: 1. Advisory Mandates: I advise on legal and regulatory issues relating to emerging technologies, fintech and payments, data protection, intellectual property, telecom services, call centres and outsourcing, e-commerce, Aadhaar, distributed ledger technologies and securitisation, IoT, mapping and geospatial data, and manufacturing, procurement and supply chain aspects in electronics hardware. I also advise on foreign direct investment and corporate structuring mandates in these areas. 2. Contractual Mandates: I routinely assist with the structuring, review and drafting of various contracts that are common in the technology space such as terms of service documents, IP portfolio and media licensing contracts, outsourcing and procurement contracts, IoT manufacturing agreements, and employee confidentiality and IP assignment agreements. 3. Policy and Governmental Affairs Mandates: I advise various clients in making representations to the government on aspects such as data protection, mobility, payments, consumer protection, fintech regulation and telecommunications. 4. Transaction Mandates: I have assisted on mergers and acquisitions transactions, PE/VC investments, and business transfer transactions, primarily in the technology space. 5. Litigation Mandates: I have experience in representing clients responding to, and with police action in cyber crime and data breach mandates. I also routinely advise on strategy in relation to law enforcement and regulatory notices in the technology, media and telecommunications space.

Other miscellaneous Mandates: I have experience in real estate diligence and structuring, and drafting and review of lease deeds. I also assist with corporate secretarial and governance mandates from time to time.
