At Siglomundo, I support the strategic and operational development of the company in the premium luxury segment, with a strong focus on high-end cigars, exclusive retail concepts and selected lifestyle products. My role includes business development, supplier and partner relations, commercial strategy, operational improvement, stock and product positioning, and the identification of new growth opportunities within the luxury cigar and premium goods market. I contribute to strengthening Siglomundo’s positioning as a trusted platform for collectors, connoisseurs and high-end retail clients, combining product expertise, customer experience and long-term value creation.

I'm responsible for the overall operational leadership of the company. My main responsibilities included: - Overseeing day-to-day operations and managing company-wide business processes - Coordinating the product roadmap and portfolio in close collaboration with the CTO - Leading and supervising personnel with a clear, people-oriented and empowering leadership style - Managing complex projects and ensuring their timely and quality-driven execution - Maintaining key relationships with clients, institutional partners, and government stakeholders - Acting as the primary liaison for interdepartmental and cross-border coordination One of my most significant achievements was the successful completion and operational launch of a strategic project in collaboration with the secret service department of a government in a geopolitically and culturally sensitive region. I played a decisive role in the strategic negotiation, implementation, and long-term oversight of the project, which demanded exceptional discretion, dependability, and intercultural competence.
