- Marketing Strategy: Develop, set up and manage the marketing strategy on HQ level - Communicate and implement the marketing strategy - Convert the strategic objectives of the group in operational objectives for marketing with traceability of marketing expenses - Create, train and manage a dynamic integrated marketing team (10 members) - Coordinate the appearance and content creation of the company in an elaborated PR/Communication plan - Responsible for implementation and development CRM tool (Salesforce) - Maintaining an effective cross-departmental collaboration with Sales, R&D, Product, Sourcing, Operations, Purchasing and Management. - Determine and manage the yearly marketing budget for HQ.
- PR & Communication: drawing up a yearly advertising plan in accordance with marketing budget; maintaining relations with the international press and arranging advertisements & press releases, … - Dealer marketing requests: co-operate with our customers for various marketing-projects (shop in shop instalments; open houses, fair promotions, local sponsorships,…) - Sponsoring / Fairs / Events: negotiating sponsorship deals with various international partners; organization of international fairs, organizing internal and external events (in-house dealer event; incentive abroad; teambuilding; …) - Copywriting: composing, translating and editing all texts for various purposes, such as catalogues & brochures, press releases, web copywriting for mailings, website and other online platforms, presentations, …. - Marketing materials & POS: researching & sourcing new promotional materials and POS material in accordance with our brand vision, working out designs together with the graphical department, ... - Strategic marketing & trademark protection: conducting market research (SWOT analyses, dealer-surveys, …) & responsible for trademark protection: guarding the use of our corporate identity in-house and towards the outside world, follow-up of brand registrations in device and word marks with our legal partner; supervising proceedings against the brand, … - Creative marketing: as part of a dynamic and growing company, I was always on the look-out for new creative ideas to implement the promotion of our brand or the launch of new collections. from small to larger projects such as brand movies, product photography and photo shoots - Digital marketing: drawing up & sending out mailings, launching a campaign website for a new collection; managing all commercial product information; taking the next steps towards more professional digitalization of the brand. - Creating & delivering presentations for internal and external support. - Set BI tool (Qliksense) company
