Chief of Staff to Dr Pradeep Philip, Deloitte Access Economics leader. Advisor and confidant to the leader, leadership team, partners and staff. Delivering monthly reporting on business performance and providing input into the annual financial planning activities. Running day-to-day operations of a team of 230 people and 35 partners such as: analysing data and providing insights, answering ad-hoc queries from the partners and team. Managing the leader’s recurring executive, partner and all-hands meetings, including preparing key messaging, agenda and materials (speeches, slides, reports and visuals). Implementing a revised practice management guide and rolling out 9 training modules to managers and above (in progress). Supporting new partners joining the business
o Dual role: 3 days a week Asia Pacific Comms and Change Lead, and 2 days a week Head of Information Management o Accountable for ensuring successful implementation of the IT of the Future program in Asia Pacific (AP) member firm o Serve as primary point of contact for the Global program and for the AP member firm for leading the change initiatives o Support the AP and geography CIOs in change management efforts o Coordinate change efforts across member firm/geography at all levels by working with the local communication and change champions to distribute messaging and coordinating the change activities
o Dual role: 3 days a week Asia Pacific Comms and Change Lead, and 2 days a week Head of Information Management o Responsible and accountable for the definition and delivery of the Information Management (IM) strategy, and for maturing the firm’s information management solutions, processes, governance policies, and metrics o Standard project management activities, including planning, scoping, risk and issues management, stakeholder management, steering committees’ facilitation, and some business analysis activities o Direct report to the CIO and active engagement with senior leadership such as Business Unit COOs, CRO, and CISO to ensure buy-in and successful delivery of IM solutions to the business
