• Effectively communicated the Kia Digital Certified Solutions program mission, structure, and advantages, serving as a liaison between Kia dealerships and our digital marketing partners, to increase dealer participation and company revenue. • Supported hundreds of Kia dealerships throughout the nation, utilizing both analytics and qualitative feedback from the dealers to make strategic recommendations to boost their digital performance, as well as problem solve when necessary to maintain this performance within the program. • Managed enrollments, provider switches, and cancellations within the program, coordinating seamless transitions between the providers and dealers to maintain strong client satisfaction. • Thoroughly reviewed display marketing and ~200 participating dealers’ websites on a monthly basis for compliance with the Kia Digital Advertising Standards, to ensure dealers are optimizing their digital presence and do not risk sacrificing reimbursement from the OEM for their spend.
Rotated every 6 months to a new department within Finance/Accounting/Strategy at Walgreens to create a broad understanding of these divisions. My rotations included: 1) Digital & Marketing Finance: Responsible for assisting in Forecasting and Variance Analysis, as well as completing analyses on promotional tactics and strategic partnerships. 2) Results & Planning: Efficiently Produced and automated (when possible) daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for both the Retail and Pharmacy businesses using SQL and Excel. Primary responsibility was leading and acting as the main point of contact for reporting of the Red Nose Day 2016 campaign. 3) Mergers & Acquisitions Simultaneously supported 3-5 Deal Managers by conducting in-depth due diligence analysis on prospective prescription file-buy acquisitions. Identified red flags in data, quantified their impact, and generated savings for Walgreens in these acquisitions.
