Currently embarking on my professional journey in the quick service restaurant industry, serving as a Jr. Marketing Manager for Taco Bell in Puerto Rico.
Supported the development and execution of integrated brand strategies and marketing plans across the Puerto Rico region within the Oral Care category. Led the Oral Health Month 2024 activation, and successfully engaged over 7,000 consumers through in-store visits, free dental checkups, educational seminars, and a gift-with-purchase initiative. Contributed to the production of disruptive in store secondary exhibitions and aggressive promotional pricing strategies to outpace competitors in the market. Supported CARICOM key developed markets Trinidad, Barbados, Guyana, and Suriname with brainstorming, planning, and execution of trade activations to accelerate sell-out. Managed monthly deep dive discipline with DOMO & distributor data to monitor market performance by retail environments and CP sub-categories; reviewed upcoming TPR grids and shopper activations to meet opportunities identified. Highlighted CP presence against competitive landscape through CARICOM Newsletter, Competitive Alerts, 5P’s Tracker, PMR Item File, and Digital Calendar. Engaged in Marketing and Customer Development consensus meetings to align functions, distributed minutes to all participants, and filed appropriately for future reference. Led Barbados & Suriname mandated assortment by RE; revised planograms and discussed strategic opportunities with CATMAN Specialist and Brand Managers. Proactive artwork revision of in-aisle POP materials and secondary exhibitions in collaboration with creative agency, ensured promotions are properly communicated and attractive to shoppers at the point of sale. Lead presenter to 1,200 incoming students weekly about campus resources and introduction to business partners Wells Fargo, Pepsi, Canteen, and Florida Fresh Dining, during UF Preview Session 2023. Planning and execution of university-wide Mobile GATORONE launch with Transact e-Accounts, as the first university in Florida to transition to mobile credentials. Daily tasks included social media management and content creation.
Supported digital marketing initiatives with goal to increase traffic to retail and E-commerce stores. Managed local search and reputation management by monitoring, tracking, and reporting store feedback and reviews. Ensured store information was up-to-date across platforms.
