Roveda, based in Parabiago (Milan), is 100% owned by Chanel and its main activity is to develop and manufacture luxury shoes for prestigious brands. I coordinate a team in charge of People Strategy & Organisation development, HR @360 degrees and Facilities.
Set up from scratch of the teams in charge of Operations in Italy for Chanel Coordination both in Supply Chain/Logistics (building and set up of a WW Distribution Center near Milan) and in the Manufacturing coordination processes for all the product categories Made in Italy (including the opening of the offices in Scandicci) liaising with corporate offices in Paris Fashion division
Based in Dublin but on the move on a weekly basis, I was in charge of three complete different work environments (Supply Chain in Ireland, Bvlgari boutiques UK and main offices in London, Wholesales & Travel Retail for Middle East & Africa in Dubai). The complexity was very high due to D&I challenges and different organisational mindsets in each professional family and country. Business Processes in depth analysis (from Order to Cash) related to Telecom Italia Wireline Products and Services in order to define a Tableau du Bord (KPIs, Measurements and monitoring) evaluating efficiency and effectiveness for all the channels (Call center, sales agents, stores, wholesales, retailers, technical agents. etc).
Program Management for worldwide IT system to harmonize on IFRS/ US GAAP and consolidate data for the financial statement in Fiat Holding (including all legal entities as Iveco, Fiat, CNH, etc) The objective was to design and set up treasury and financial data management solution (clarifying business needs, functional analysis and requirements, worldwide training)
As ISO9001 IRCA certified auditor I supported Sanpaolo Bank in defining processes, organizational structures, KPIs and guidelines to get the certification for the HQ in Turin and the subsidiaries in Italy.
