Growth Assignment in the Global Biotech Manufacturing (GBM) branch in the Data Management Team • Lead & Act as Business Product Owner for creation of a Cockpit to release batches based on all the sources of data available, for 13 sites accros Global Healthcare Organization (GHO) • Act as Business Project Manager for a Task & People Scheduler project, for 4 sites across GBM, lead and represent the Business for URS, RFP process and Business Case • Act as Business SPoC for various Digital Global projects and Committees
• Lead the Manufacturing Intelligence Team to deliver the Site Digital Roadmap • Act as Digital SPoC for Vevey Site (Dashbording, GenAI, RPA, Data Analysis, Problem Solving) • Lead multiple Site Project with Global connections (MES, RTMS, Digitalization, Applications development, Visual Management) • Lead continuous improvement projects for all the departments through digital (including a Site Green Belt project: "How to simplify MES Deployment?") • Lead operational MES deployments (multiple Go Live done)
