Development professional & social impact consultant with expertise in ICT4D, digital inclusion, gender and youth advocacy, human rights, and multi-stakeholder policy engagement. I work across grassroots implementation, institutional strategy, and policy spaces, designing and coordinating initiatives that expand digital skills, economic opportunity, and equitable access to technology, with a strong focus on women, youth, children, LGBTQI communities, persons with disabilities, and rural populations.
