Development professional & social impact consultant with expertise in ICT4D, digital inclusion, gender and youth advocacy, human rights, and multi-stakeholder policy engagement. I work across grassroots implementation, institutional strategy, and policy spaces, designing and coordinating initiatives that expand digital skills, economic opportunity, and equitable access to technology, with a strong focus on women, youth, children, LGBTQI communities, persons with disabilities, and rural populations. I am a lawyer by training, which informs my rights-based approach to development practice, including governance, policy advocacy, legal and regulatory compliance, and program design. My work spans local, national, regional, and global contexts, including consulting for governments, multilateral organizations, NGOs, and civil society actors.
