Hi! I am Vaishnavi, a product designer with experience building digital products in fast-paced, customer focused, discovery and data driven startups. I care deeply about understanding the consumer and keeping a pulse on how their expectations are changing. I truly value exploration, transparency and collaboration and always employ qualitative/quantitative research to create solutions to delight customers. In my current role I am responsible for end to end design at LawnStarter, a marketplace for all outdoor services with B2C and B2B offerings. Previously I have worked at Spanning Cloud apps, a B2B SaaS data backup company where I led UX design across multiple products. I hold a Masters in Integrated Innovation for Products and Services from Carnegie Mellon University.

• Analysed 6000 survey responses and conducted 20+ interviews to define millennial segments for USA, India and China. Identified insights potentially impacting 763 million millennial and their behavior in domains of finance, retail, social media, healthcare and entertainment. • Developed personas and scenarios for each segment of each country. • Designed website (web and mobile), icons for segments and info graphics for research data.
