I manage the data and documentation of candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders. I have a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Adi Shankara Institute of Engineering and Technology, where I learned the best practices and theories of HR management, personnel administration, and organizational behavior. I also have a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Deogiri College Aurangabad, where I gained accounting and GST knowledge and skills. I am passionate about helping people find their ideal roles and careers, and I enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
