Used SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel tools to Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) data, which sample data were collected from the source systems to data warehouse designed to analyse data. In this project, we understood the overall distribution of key variables such as loan amounts, interest rates, custome lemographics, and loan terms. Statistics, visualizations, and data insights provides an initial understanding of the datasets. Customer demographics and loan characteristics can be utilized to segment the customer base into distinct groups. Identifying common characteristics and behaviours within these segments help to tailor loan products and marketing strategies. The project's analysis of loan performance over time reveals patterns in loan delinquency and repayment behaviour. Identifying high-risk and low-risk customer profiles, assessing the historical default rates, and creating strategies to mitigate risk by adjusting lending criteria or interest rates. Maintain and update dashboard datasets in Excel, Tableau and Power BI.
