- Electrical installation engineering and integration of European Train Control System (ETCS) in onboard signaling projects; - Electrical schematics, harness list, material-instrument lists design; - Support on electrical part of installation procedure before first train installation; - Troubleshooting during prototyping / first of class installation on trains in Denmark, Sweden, Israel and Norway.
Electrical engineering of plant and machine control systems for food industry: - Control cabinets / switchgears calculation, detailed design and ordering process; - Approval of electric cabinet layout, manufacturing support, final hardware acceptance test; - Formation of cable list for installation, IO lists for software developers; - Installation, IO test and plant commissioning support; - Development of “As built” documentation, project status reports.
- HV substations maintenance (power transformers, high voltage breakers, relay protection systems, low voltage control cabinets); - Overhead lines emergency switching operations; - Accident response and recovery; - Operating reports and documentation processing.
Participation in Sakhalin-1 project: - Electric support in onshore drilling rig maintenance; - Assistance in installation of electric equipment; - Electric installation reports processing; - Development of “As built” documentation.
- Electric calculations of windings for dry and oil type transformers; - CAD design of transformer windings (SolidWorks 3D); - Support of manufacturing and assembly.
