GFEP (=Great Fun and Enormous Pleasure) I co-founded the first complex annual training programme for aspiring female politicians in the Czech Republic with the aim to increase the number of women running and getting elected. The Academy reaches for centre-right/conservative women, especially within the KDU-ČSL, and offers campaigning, communication and leadership trainings as well as networking and personal development opportunities. The greatest inspiration was the Women's Campaign School at Yale University. My partner and co-founder is the Senate vice-president Miluše Horská. - initial project design - research among the female members of the party, on-line questionnaire & in-depth interviews - carrying through the party leadership - grant writing, partnerships, budget - curriculum design, speakers & trainers engagement - general project management - communication, marketing, social media, visual identity - lecturing on campaign strategy and management Czech PR Awards 2017 - 3rd place.
Leading strategic initiatives in long-term care and the health–social care interface, including co-drafting the country's first integrated care legislation. Represented the Ministry at high-level international forums such as EPSCO or WHO ministerial meetings. With hundreds of public engagements, regular media appearances, and extensive stakeholder management across government, I built a strong track record in policy leadership. I represented the government on the Supervisory Board of ZPMV (Zdravotní pojišťovna Ministerstva vnitra), the country’s second-largest health insurance fund, contributing to governance and financing strategy and oversight.
