I am a digital leader with a career built at the intersection of product, content, and technology—shaping digital platforms since the early days of the internet. Starting from the emergence of online portals and co-founding a digital media venture, I have consistently focused on building, scaling, and monetizing digital products and services. Over time, my scope expanded from content and product management to leading large-scale, cross-functional digital organizations. I currently lead the digital solutions function, reporting directly to the CIO, where I integrate web platforms, marketing technologies, UX/UI, IT service operations, and audio-visual services into a cohesive and scalable ecosystem. My work centers on enhancing digital experience, improving service quality, and aligning technology with institutional strategy. Throughout my career, I have taken ownership of end-to-end product lifecycles, P&L, and digital transformation initiatives across telecommunications, media, and digital platforms. I have also contributed to large-scale product launches, sponsorships, and event-driven initiatives by integrating digital platforms, content strategy, and user experience to maximize engagement and impact. Reporting directly to the CIO, I lead and integrate the university’s digital solutions ecosystem, spanning web platforms, marketing technologies, UX/UI design, IT service desk, and audio-visual services. I drive seamless digital experiences, strengthen user satisfaction, and enhance service quality through user-centric, data-driven, and AI-enabled solutions. I also support the delivery of institutional events by ensuring seamless hybrid and on-campus experiences through integrated audio-visual systems, digital platforms, and coordinated technical operations across conferences, academic programs, and campus-wide events. My role focuses on aligning digital capabilities with institutional strategy, optimizing operations, and continuously improving service delivery through scalable and intelligent systems.
Led product and content strategy for Turkcell’s digital media services, including TV+ and fizy, with full ownership of growth, monetization, and user experience. Managed end-to-end product lifecycle, covering pricing, go-to-market strategy, and integrated marketing (online & offline), while holding P&L responsibility for key media offerings. Drove content partnerships and catalog expansion, aligning content strategy with user engagement and business objectives. Led the design, UX, and brand positioning of the new-generation music service, contributing to its market differentiation and user adoption. Oversaw social media and digital communication channels to strengthen brand presence and user interaction. Supported the execution of large-scale product launches and marketing activations by aligning digital platforms, content strategy, and user experience with campaign and event objectives.
Led digital product strategy and execution for Digiturk’s web and mobile platforms, including ligtv.com.tr, digiturkplay.com.tr, and digiturk.com.tr. Owned product marketing, business development, and content management across digital channels, driving user engagement and platform growth. Played a key role in the development and positioning of Digiturk Play and Digiturk Dilediğin Yerde, shaping service design, UX, and brand experience. Managed social media channels to strengthen digital presence and support audience growth and engagement. Contributed to the expansion of Digiturk’s digital footprint through new service launches and improved user experience.
Owned the P&L and end-to-end product strategy for Turkcell’s mobile content services portfolio, spanning news, finance, sports, gaming, video, and infotainment. Led the development and commercialization of large-scale mobile services, driving user engagement and revenue growth across emerging 3G and content platforms. Managed strategic content partnerships, sponsorships, and event-driven content initiatives, aligning digital services with major sports events and media collaborations to maximize reach and engagement. Delivered award-winning digital products, including 3G NTV Video News (Mobile Excellence Awards – Best Mobile Content Development) and MobiWar (GSMA Awards finalist for Best Mobile Game).
Led product marketing, development, and content management for mobile services across news, finance, sports, and Mobile TV. Played a key role in launching “Goller Cepte,” aligning product strategy with live sports events and real-time content consumption needs.
