    FarePilot was a start-up helping ride-hail drivers (like Uber and Lyft) find more customer hotspots through data science. It shut down in 2020. Redesigned the FarePilot smartphone app through multiple iterative, user-tested releases to present richer data, be more flexible for feature expansion and to better communicate its capabilities. Also designed and helped develop the FarePilot website, an internal dashboard and data visualisations in Tableau. Later asked to step in to the Head of Product role, including direct management and recruiting of the data science team.
