Innovation of products and services and creating solutions to unsolved problems are my passion and the red thread throughout my professional career. My experience spans from leading teams that develop and bring to market new products which generate 9-digit revenues, over crafting corporate strategies for an international company to coordinating delicate organizational developments and integration of acquisitions. Building on knowledge as a PhD in physics and from economic education at IMD, my main functional toolbox stems from learnings that I collected in more than 20 years of very diverse endeavors with one common denominator: Pioneering a path forward in unknown territory and leading change to establish new or better solutions. What gives me the energy for this is my hunger for discovering the unknown and my passion to bring out the best in people.
