I am certified Scrum expert, software architect, project manager and requirements engineer. Working with computer hard- and software since the 1980th. After two professional educations I have studied computer science at the University of Applied Science in Fulda. Since the late 90's I work as a trainer and consultant for various customers and projects. Today I help organizations as an agile Coach and Software Architect to modernize themself and their applications without losing sight of their product, quality, teams and architecture. My main interests are the cloud, container infrastructures, agile software development, emergent design and architecture, documentation of software architectures, DevOps, developing teams and the evolution of organizational cultures. I live with my wife, my three children and four chicken near Frankfurt in Germany. In my spare time I practice archery (bare bow and long bow) as a trainer and take part in national tournaments.
