Actually I am the SVP for Switzerland and Austria at SIXT Rent a Car. In 2025 I have founded the Leutschen Consulting group, providing quantitative and qualitative expertise. Before, I was Chief Operating Officer for Enlarged Europe for Stellantis group with a responsibilty of 66bn Euros of revenues and more than 6bn Euros of operating income (public data 2023). I was part of Stellantis’ Top Executive Team from September 2021 to October 2024, reporting to Carlos Tavares. Previously, I was Brand Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Opel and Vauxhall in Rüsselsheim, and before that CEO of Renault Germany, Switzerland and Austria. I started my career at Ford in 1990, in Sales and Marketing, Product Planning, Brand Development and Light Commercial vehicles, Then VW as the worldwide Marketing executive for commercial vehicles, then Renault for LCV and later as SVP for worldwide corporate sales and finally as CEO in the German speaking countries. I studied in Germany (Wuppertal & Cologne), Great Britain (Birmingham) and France (Paris Dauphine) and I have a master's degree in business administration and management. Finally I added a professional Master at the University of Stanford (US). I lived in Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, UK and have spent a lot of time in the US, India, China, South America and other European countries,
