As a people manager, I led service teams across the Globe in excelling high-performance of our Laser Dicing, Automated Optical Inspection, Wafer Sorting & Testing, Factory Automation, and Wire-Bonder machine business achieving a striking growth in ROI from key markets in Asia, USA & Europe. • Managed global project management of Equipment Manager, Cell Controller, In-Line Systems, and Secs-Gem communication software for semiconductor machinery. • Led business process management to enhance Equipment Manager, Cell-Controller as value-added products for machines in factory automation. • Visited more than 10 customer sites in ASEAN to demonstrate, negotiate and close the long pending EM projects. • Recovered and improved account receivables from Asia customers, resulting in half-decade pending payments resolved within a year.
• Worked in the development of wire-bonder machine application software and Secs-Gem communication software. • Contributed to the release of eight models of wire-bonders, maintaining the company's top supplier position for two decades. • Visited more than 25 key customers in Malaysia, Thailand, and Philippines for on-site customized software development, receiving recognition for meeting their factory needs. • Managed the complete Product Life Cycle Management of wire-bonder machines.
• Developed and taught bilingual courses in Electrical Machines, Electric Circuits, and Power Systems to help average students excel. (Former Crescent Engineering College, Chennai) • Authored two Q and A format books in Electrical Engineering and High Voltage Engineering for student benefit. • Upgraded teaching skills through specialized courses at Indian Institute of Technology and Indian Institute of Science during summer and winter holidays.
