QuantInsti is working in the field of Algorithmic & Quantitative Trading. My responsibilities involve working on its ecosystem of products to become a one-stop solution for everything algo! 1. Quantra (https://quantra.quantinsti.com) - An EdTech portal, developed in-house, with AI enabled code evaluation. 2. Executive Program in Algorithmic Trading (EPAT) - The flagship course. Built integrations around it to make this course more valuable. 3. Blueshift (https://blueshift.quantinsti.com) - A live trading and backtesting platform to help one test strategy on historical data and then eventually trade in real markets. Other products include a Single Sign-On application, blogs, and a lot more. The technology that powers all these applications is NodeJs.
- Enhancing the stability of current architecture by fixing memory leaks, upgrading Node.js version & code optimisations - Fixed issue of stray TCP sockets, by adding connect and idle timeouts to boost performance - Debugging choking issues around WebSockets so as to scale up the number of concurrent sessions
