I work at the intersection of governance, economics, and proactive health, focusing on how systems can shift from episodic decision-making to long-term, interconnected wellbeing. As Co-Founder & CEO of Rypple, my work centers on building bridges across sectors — connecting governments, multilateral organisations, researchers, businesses, and communities around a shared, proactive health-ing mindset. We design intelligence that helps leaders understand not just what to change, but how systems behave when incentives, delivery, and learning are aligned. To support this transition, we’ve developed three complementary intelligences: TELOS — Predictive economics & ROI for proactive health Models economic and social value, forecasts disease burden, and enables prevention-focused investment decisions. ZENO — Vaccine & prevention delivery intelligence Optimises rollout strategies, logistics and equity outcomes for vaccines and preventive interventions; used by the Dutch government during COVID-19. UMA — Adaptive learning & impact intelligence Maps ripple effects, tracks change in real time, and supports systems in scaling interventions that work. Across all of this, my focus is on systems thinking and cross-sector collaboration — creating the conditions where public agencies, the private sector, academia, and civil society can act with shared ownership and responsibility for wellbeing. Before founding Rypple, I spent over a decade in the medical device and digital health industries across Europe and Asia Pacific, working on digital health strategy, remote monitoring, and integrated care. Those years made clear that technical solutions alone don’t shift systems; alignment, incentives, and collective action do. Today, I collaborate with governments and partners exploring proactive health strategies, prevention-centred investments, and the redesign of delivery and decision-making structures. If your work touches on proactive health, systems transformation, or multi-sector collaboration, I’d be glad to connect. Let’s make health-ing easy.
As Co-Founder & CEO of Rypple, I lead a purpose-driven GovTech and systems innovation organisation advancing the global shift toward proactive, health-ing societies. My work spans strategy, partnerships, product leadership, and cross-sector ecosystem building — ensuring that governments, multilaterals, and mission-driven organisations have the intelligence needed to design and deliver prevention-first futures. At Rypple, we develop and deploy three core intelligences: TELOS — Predictive Economics & ROI for Proactive Health A decision intelligence engine that models disease burden, economic return, and long-term value to guide preventive investment decisions for public and private sector leaders. ZENO — Vaccine & Prevention Delivery Intelligence An operational intelligence system used by the Dutch government during COVID-19 to optimise planning, equitable distribution, logistics, and delivery of vaccines and preventive interventions. UMA — Adaptive Learning & Impact Intelligence A learning engine that maps ripple effects, tracks progress at system level, and supports partners in scaling effective prevention strategies. I work directly with ministries of health, finance, and social development; public health agencies; global health organisations; academic partners; and impact-driven private sector organisations. Together, we design fiscal levers, delivery solutions, and long-term pathways that make proactive health the natural choice for systems. Key areas of leadership: Strategy development and organisational growth Government and multilateral partnerships Product vision and market positioning Fundraising and philanthropic engagement Cross-sector community building Systems thinking, sense-making, and transformation design My focus is on aligning incentives, intelligence, and collaboration across the ecosystem — so proactive health becomes achievable, scalable, and mutually owned.
