• Developed BKK’s Hyper Personalized Crop and Livestock Advisory System for Pakistan’s Leading Telecom Operators namely Jazz, Ufone, and Zong. Product experienced an YOY growth in revenue and customer base of 56% and 45% respectively. • Led profiling and data acquisition efforts of BKK, resulting in 3x growth of profiled/registered farmer base. • Integrated BKK's B2B Products to partners that include Mari Petroleum, PTC, CSM, WWF, GSMA and MMBL
• Incubated a new vertical in OneScreen’s product line named RTLS Systems, developed product roadmaps, feature lists and worked with other teams for product design and development • Gauged customer experience for product improvement, developed dashboards for product insights, and optimized customer outreach channels by developing automated workflows • Onboarded resellers on OneScreen’s Product Line by providing training and presales consultation. • Drove Customer Success by minimizing Churn Rate, and optimizing NPS and CSAT through customer onboarding and trainings.
