Ensure all data is collected via GDPR and is kept in a safe way. Ensuring all data that has been captured is of good quality to be able to use with permission for the purpose in which it was collected. Utilise my Lean Six Sigma qualification to ensure productivity is at the highest level, ensuring that all staff utilise the time they have with a client to upsell, and provide as much as information as possible in the correct manner. Also ensuring that staff are comfortable with this approach, using role play and other mentoring methods to ensure full positivity. Holding meetings once a month with direct team to talk about results, and new goals going forward. Using this time to congratulate and refocus. Holding meeting as an area to ensure all area on the same page with progression of campaigns.
