I help high-growth SaaS companies build the operational foundation to accelerate growth, improve decision making, and scale efficiently. My work spans implementing systems, building lead flows, designing sales territories and compensation plans, building forecast models and cadences, developing board reporting, annual planning, and setting up reporting infrastructure. I've founded and led Revenue Operations functions (supporting Marketing, Sales, CX, and Deal Desk) multiple times, most recently as Atlan's first RevOps hire, where I built the team and systems through rapid growth. I've built forecasting models with 98%+ accuracy, owned board reporting, and implemented the systems and processes that enable companies to grow sustainably. My work often extends to data infrastructure and financial planning as well.

      As the founding RevOps member, built and led revenue operations at Atlan through “triple, triple, double” ARR growth, supporting Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support. Achievements included: - Developed Atlan’s initial revenue operating model, modelling everything from traffic through to churn and expansion, to set annual targets across GTM functions - Led key GTM operating and reporting cadences, including the development of board decks and QBRs - Implemented Atlan’s internal modern data stack - data warehouse (Snowflake), ETL (Fivetran), data modelling (dbt), and BI (Sigma) - and built out live dashboards for managing and analyzing GTM performance - Led the forecasting cadence and built and refined a forecasting model that was typically 90%+ accurate (including 3 straight quarters of 98% accuracy) - Designed the sales territories methodology as Atlan moved from a primarily inbound to a multi-channel motion and cut/recut territories as the AE team grew to 30+ - Designed and administered compensation plans - Implemented a multitude of GTM tools, including Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Ironclad, Vitally, Actively.AI, Default, Rattle, Clazar - Managed (and supported the launch of) selling via the hyperscaler marketplaces (AWS, GCP, and Azure)
