Reporting directly to the Global Director, I perform pre-sale, post-sale, and product enablement and management activities across our portfolio to help customers and partners realize maximum value from our solutions. • Managing and monitoring the progress of opportunities to track their conversion into sales. • Managing end-to-end technical onboarding and delivering tailored PoC experiences for customers and partners. • Launching new products. • Developing and delivering product training programs. • Coordinating internal learning sessions. • Preparing monthly and annual reports that present key topics and insights for leadership. • Creating and maintaining technical product documentation. • Providing second-level support and technical guidance for complex issues.
