• Map the local market and build a potential client list to develop the business in PP services • Make cold calls or follow leads to approach prospective clients • Actively participate in meetings with clients, presenting Adecco’s permanent placement services in order to promote Adecco’s image and source new business • Continuously seek to develop the business within existing clients through contacts with Line Managers by identifying new sales leads • Proactively sell candidates to appropriate companies and follow-up on this activity • Represent Adecco in career fairs, recruitment events etc. • Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with clients • Deliver recruitment projects regarding junior to middle level profiles • Prepare contracts/terms & conditions for recruitment projects • Present candidates to clients who meet their requirements and make interview arrangements, ensuring the candidates are fully briefed on the interview arrangements. • Build and maintains a database of candidates to ensure accurate response to client needs. Record all recruitment & sales activity into the system • Maintain positive relationships with candidates and regular contacts to gain commitment and ensure availability • Perform face-to-face interviews with candidates, in order to assess qualifications, competencies, skills and previous employment to enable the best possible job matching • Creates and monitors job ads in job portals/web site • Ensures high quality in all documents to the clients/candidates as well as report for Adecco’s management • Assists on the collection of own clients’ PP invoices • Prepares data/reports for own activity / KPIs and update
