As the Sales Manager, I'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve our revenue targets. lead a team of sales professionals, drive new business opportunities, and cultivate strong relationships with clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and effective closing of deals. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable agreements.
