Waterstones was going through a Hugh transformation of the major project where existing warehouse solution which is based on SAP and IBM 400 series will be replaced with the Blue Yonder warehouse management solution. This requires migration and upgrade to the warehouse solution processes. My key duties include Test Strategy, Test Planning, Stakeholder Management along with resource, defect, and daily report management. I am responsible for the end-to-end solution testing delivery of the project. Along with it, I also manage the Service now software for KPI management of production incidents.
