Transformation of production network from conventional powertrain to electrical powertrains both in the MAN as well the Traton context. Managing whole value chain of in– & outbound Logistics, Machining, Assembly & Test, component & parts manufacturing. Maintenance Management. Responsibility for total of approx. 2500 Blue — and White Collar employees including contractors. Focus on Lean Production, Kaizen, Value Stream Analysis, First Time Through & Low Cost Automation.
