I was responsible for the company wide Data and AI strategy of an international energy company with 2,500 employees, partnering with executive leadership and acting as a trusted advisor to board level stakeholders on data and AI. I built and led a global Data and AI organization of 80 specialists and established data and AI as core enterprise capabilities across business units and functions. I drove the transformation towards a data driven organization by connecting strategy, data, technology, and business execution.
