I work as a Director, Executive Consultant, and Business Coach for Marketing, Business and Venture Development, and Strategy, serving SMEs and startups in the United States and Europe. I'm appointed EIC Business Coach and Expert at the European Innovation Council (EIC) where I'm especially engaged with the "EIC Accelerator". With Big Data and AI-specialist Cherrydata, I'm responsible for the DACH-region, and for the yndeo Foundation, I act as a director volunteer. I'm CEO of yndeo, Inc. in the US.As a marketing specialist and serial entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience, 10+ I spent in leadership positions, I gained much experience, especially in marketing strategy, business development, get-to-market, growth and scale up. My current focus is on technology innovations, IoT, innovative web and software applications, AI and deep tech, all of it in an international context.I´ve built my career in a variety of roles, industries, and countries, as a serial entrepreneur 30x times as co-/founder and general manager, as well as a marketing director and member of the team of directors at one of the leading German media groups. My experience as an executive consultant and business coach, working on projects across Europe and the US, reinforces my hands-on approach. As a consultant, coach, and investor for SMEs, startups, innovation, and early-stage projects, I love to support and invest in people. Over the years, I got involved in the incubation of many newly founded companies, as well as being part of the executive board of some fast-growing SMEs. It is great to share my experience as an advisor, learn from others, and enjoy seeing the companies I´m involved with thriving and prospering. I love coaching EIC Accelerator applicants and successful EIC Accelerator participants. Working with innovative and inspiring teams is a blast, and I thrive on that. I'm proud to share that I've coached 40+ innovative SMEs and startups across Europe on behalf of the EIC, and 120+ for the yndeo Foundation in the US and Europe.A project of my heart is the Project "Ten7", where we develop an AI-powered methodology of bringing unemployed people faster into decent employment. I'm the curator of this ambitious social venture that has been greatly inspired by Design Thinking training at Stanford's d.school.

AyraDB enables large-scale big data applications with reliable performance, perfectly plannable hardware requirements and 20 times lower hardware costs.
