I am a hardworking, reliable and sporty woman from Espoo, Finland. My passions in life are family, badminton, nature, hiking, trekking and dogs. I spend most of my free time either in the woods with my dog or on or beside the badminton court. I have experience in a wide range of jobs and positions, most recently as a customer service manager. I´m just as happy working as part of a team, as in a supervisory role. I've worked outdoors, in the field and in the office. and I'm always ready to take on new challenges. As an employee, I am conscientious, self-motivated and efficient. I always strive to complete the tasks assigned to me with the accuracy, diligence and timeliness they require. I am able to concentrate on several tasks at the same time and I do not mind a hectic atmosphere. In the role of a supervisor, I´m approachable, fair and professional. I work in a people-oriented way and respect every employee. I like to encourage and praise successes and give constructive feedback where it is needed. I want to create an open and honest working atmosphere, where people can openly discuss the actions of the front office staff and everyone is allowed give feedback and suggestions to improve the work, whether it is about concrete methods or the working atmosphere.
