A lot of experience in the engineering process from customer requirements analysis via software requirement implementation until homologation and customer satisfaction. Working for more than eight years on the implementation and improvement of the requirements process in engineering Leading department with more than seven engineers and therefore created a great knowledge of leadership skills. Training skills have been developed by training technical and engineering requirements process knowledge.
Leading the department for passenger functions for locomotive with follwing subsystems: - Passenger information system - Door control - External lighting - Trainwide communication(WTB, ZXS) - Fire extinguishing control - Human factors - Train to wayside communication - Diagnositc Responsible of requirements process in engineering Leading integration of Atlas Modular integration in locomotives (ETCS, LZB/PZB, ....)
