• Being Subject Matter Expert for EC2 Linux and Elastic Block Store (EBS) services during critical and complex technical issues • Being Subject Matter Expert for Amazon Elastic Container Service (Docker) during critical and complex technical issues • Providing Technical Support about AWS Cloud Services; specifically EC2, ELB, S3, VPC, Amazon Elastic Container Service, CloudFront, CloudFormation, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon ElastiCache for Enterprise Customers • Helping customers in troubleshooting performance issues within AWS Services and implementing best-practices within AWS • Conducting Architecture Reviews for Enterprise Customers and provide suggestions around HA, Scalability and Automation • Leading customer escalations during critical technical events • Providing cross-site technical trainings and delivering New Hire Trainings • Conducting technical interviews
• Providing high availability of real-time software solutions running on Linux SLES Servers • Assisting/Supporting in the implementation of internal IT Project • Installation and configuration SuSE Linux Enterprise(10-11) Server Systems in VMware Virtualization environment • Planning and implementation of OS upgrades/patches of productive clusters • Installation and configuration high-availability cluster systems based on Pacemaker which is a High Availability resource manager suitable for both small and large clusters. • Writing custom resource agents compatible with Pacemaker in Bash Script to integrate new services into productive cluster • Configuration and management of Tomcat and Apache Web Servers running on productive environment • Troubleshooting problems occurred in productive cluster components such as Tomcat, Pacemaker etc. • Providing Third Level Support of Linux Server systems to the customers using real-time services • Administration of MySQL databases running on productive systems and maintenance of master-master data replication and data integrity. • Monitoring productive cluster by using Nagiosand writing custom Nagios Plugins in Bash Script • Analyzing possible security vulnerabilities of Linux systems and enhancing security of productive systems
