Founder and CEO of Burgan Technology, responsible for building and leading an engineering organization focused on enterprise digital banking platforms. Burgan Technology is an engineering-led technology company specializing in enterprise-grade digital banking platforms and solutions. We design and deliver end-to-end digital banking systems across mobile and web banking, call center platforms, service banking infrastructure, and open banking APIs. Our work spans architecture, platform engineering, application development, DevOps, and cloud-native infrastructure — always with security, scalability, and regulatory compliance at the core. ✔ DevOps: Combining agile principles and banking governance requirements in one container for quality and efficiency. Extensive use of cloud native technologies (Kubernetes, Redis, Kafka, CDC, KSQL, HJenkins, Apisix, gulp, Azure DevOps etc. ) for highly stable and performant systems. ✔ Testing: Leading the transition of testing methodology from manual testing to automated testing. Bringing tools such as Selenium, SoapUI, Appium, JMeter, Thunder to the processes for automatic tests. ✔ R&D: To monitor and evaluate technology developments, techniques, fin-techs and standards in finance and digital banking. Prototype banking solutions in order to enable beneficiaries to be implemented within the bank. ✔ Quality: Developing monitoring technologies (APM, Anomaly Detection, SLA Monitoring, etc.) to ensure that all services and systems work as expected. ✔ Enterprise Architecture: Establishing procedures and systems that will establish relations with bank products, applications, systems, processes and related demands. To ensure that the data and the relations between the data are kept up to date.
✔Business Development: Planning a digital solutions roadmap by aligning business goals, industry trends, and corporate capabilities. New business development to satisfy customers and sponsors. ✔Quality and Risk Management: Ensuring that all digital channel solutions (Corporate Site, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, IVR etc.) are simple, smooth, stable and bright. ✔Consultant: Developing highly technical analyzes and plans for digital channel solutions. Rest Api-based omni-channel supported open banking platform has been developed for all digital channel solutions.
✔Marketing: Acquiring new partners for affiliate and performance based marketing. Maintaining partner loyalty. ✔Business Development: Advancing the implementation of e-business channels especially focused to online retail loans. ✔Management: Investment and Budget planning activities.
