Project based internship period with details below. - Creating a reliable sales unit database & analysing tool of both PM and competitors nationwide and conduct the necessary analysis to support determining 2015 POSM strategy of PM Turkey.
- Responsibility of 20 retail stores (Migros&Carrefour) to achieve monthly sales targets. - Providing high availability rate of products and successful shelf arrangement in stores. - Building good work relationships with store managers and catching advantages for in-store activities. - In long-term providing an influential development of sales turnovers of stores.
- Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports in order to analyse the development of brands, categories and customers. - Preparing monthly penetration and delivery reports. - Communicating with customers to follow up their orders and sales activities. - Periodic trade visits to gain information about organizational processes, work structure and brand competition.
