About

I'm a scientist & biopharma strategist with an unusual combination of research depth and business experience, and a growing focus on where the two meet in drug discovery, strategy, and healthcare innovation My research career spans a PhD in Immunology and postdoctoral work in the laboratory of Nobel Laureate Emmanuelle Charpentier (CRISPR); years at the bench that built both deep technical fluency and a rare ability to evaluate scientific claims critically and independently. That foundation translated naturally into strategy. At Scitaris I delivered scientific due diligence and investment-ready analyses across multiple advisory projects, covering technology and asset evaluation, competitive landscapes, and early-stage company assessments in oncology, rare diseases, gene therapy, and neurology. I then moved to AICURA medical, an AI-driven clinical development company, where I lead business development while working closely with data science and engineering teams, building hands-on knowledge of how AI is reshaping clinical development and drug discovery, integrating LLM-based tools into daily scientific workflows, and developing a critical eye for evaluating AI-generated outputs against biological and clinical ground truth. Outside of AICURA, I'm co-founding a digital health platform in the veterinary space targeting the DACH and Italian markets (at MVP stage, beginning commercial validation). Open to conversations about roles in drug discovery, life sciences investing, scientific advisory, or strategy at the intersection of science and healthcare innovation.
