Main Engine & Auxiliary System Team Leader behalf of DEFENSE INDUSTRY PROJECTS • (LHD) Multiple Purpose Amphibious Assault Ship Project whole tender was called by Undersecretaries for Defence Industry in order to meet the requirement of TURKISH Naval Forces Command. • (DİMDEG) Fleet Replenishment Ship Project whole tender was called by Undersecretaries for Defence Industry in order to meet the requirement of TURKISH Naval Forces Command. Responsibility description of the Projects: • Participating in technical procurement activities according to SAW requirements, developing solutions to eliminate incompatibilities, • In particular, to provide the technical support needed for the activities of the main power / propulsion system and auxiliary systems, • Identify scope, work breakdown and deliverable for the proposed delivery project, • Establishing the necessary coordination and following up the processes to eliminate technical incompatibilities, • Handing out of the prepared arrangements and related design documents to subcontractors or other representatives in-charge, • Follow up related all Class Societies requirement chances in machinery applications and consider of viability assessments, • Manage, coordination and monitoring of the all machinery equipment’s procurement, production and assembly process to coordination with the related department as planning etc. (To produce solutions for problems that may arise within the scope of mechanical integration and to prepare the necessary engineering change requests,) • Manage sending / receiving relationship with the related ensure all project documentation is produced to submit for approval and stored as appropriate, • Participating in relevant tests (FAT&HAT&SAT) when necessary, • To support the planned efforts to increase the effectiveness of the systems and processes to which it is responsible,
Description of the Tug project: • Resolve problems affecting the successful completion of the subcontract work, • Identify scope, work breakdown and deliverables for the proposed delivery project, • Coordinate access requirements between overlapping subcontractors, • Coordinate design and construction interfaces with other subcontractors, • Installing according to design condition all mechanical equipments, loose items, main engine, equipments and parts also propulsion systems and also present to Class Representative (Survey), • Recommend operational changes to senior management when necessary to ensure that production reports for review of senior management, • Confer with other managers to set production quotas, to plan extraction sites and to develop policies for the removal of raw materials, • Manage customer expectations and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction, • Ensure all project documentation is produced and stored as appropriate, Description of the Patrol Boat & Chemical Tankers project: • Manage, coordinate and monitor the production, assembly and test of fuel oil system, lubrication oil system, machinery cooling system, machinery exhaust system, bilge & ballast and fire system, potable water system, hydraulic system and similar auxiliary ship's system during construction of the vessel. • Installation of mechanical equipments and all the ship loose items. • Conduct pre-commissioning work and make test packages works as per system and raise a punch lists and identify outstanding work activities. • Reviews new materials request raised by users to ensure adequate data on descriptions, equipment details, tag numbers, part numbers, quantity requirements, classifications, etc. • Preparation of Mechanical Completion and Preparatory Completion Report check sheets. • Installation of the main engine and propulsion system, if necessary be changed by running control purpose,
SOLI SHIPYARD INDUSTRY CHEMICAL PROJECT ENGINEER behalf of PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT • Capable of building series of Chemical Tankers up to 20.000 DWT. • Capable of building series of Chemical Tankers up to 5.800 DWT. Description of the Chemical Tankers project: • Installation of mechanical equipments and all the ship loose items. • Prepare dossier closeout reports on Production Record Controls of individual activities/Task sheet/and perform final walk down inspection with the client for the acceptance of sub-system dossier. • Update the productivity on the Production Control System and make sure to input proper productivity and aware of the budget man - hour. • Checking layouts lists as per drawing and make sure that the WPS welding procedure is produced and accepted to conduct for such activities. • Plan work to meet the required schedule with min. use of overtime.
