As Romania SPOC; During the takeover process of the Ford Craiova plant, I served as the point of contact between Ford Europe and Ford Otosan. In my SPOC (Single Point of Contact) role, I assumed the following responsibilities: • Managing the communication between Ford Europe and Ford Otosan IT teams effectively, understanding the problems encountered and developing solutions. • Analyzing the IT and business applications of both parties to bring them in line with Ford Otosan standards and transferring the problems that arise in this process to the relevant teams. • Identify technical and operational problems encountered during the integration of the new factory into Ford Otosan systems and develop solutions together with the relevant teams. • Demonstrating a proactive approach by listening and understanding the needs of the teams during the restructuring and modernization of the IT infrastructure. • Planning, coordination and implementation of new IT projects (ITSM). Ensuring that IT projects related to the factory are completed on time and within budget. Through this role, using my effective communication and problem solving skills, I played a critical role in achieving the IT department's strategic goals and the successful takeover of the factory.
